Dy-Tech Inc. actively engages with government, industry partners, educational institutions, and the wider community. We participate in key meetings, trade shows, and collaboration initiatives that support growth, innovation, and inclusive economic development.

We regularly attend sector events in energy, telecom, defense, and manufacturing, and meet with partners to explore new opportunities, support emerging technologies, and strengthen supply chain relationships. We also engage with colleges and training programs to help build the next generation of skilled talent.

Government support

We are very pleased to share an important milestone for Dy-Tech Inc.

Last week, we had the opportunity to attend the Government of Canada funding announcement in Brampton with the Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation and Minister responsible for FedDev Ontario.

Dy-Tech Inc. is receiving $900,000 in support from the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) as we diversify and modernize our manufacturing operations and establish Canadian capabilities for the assembly of lithium-ion energy storage systems.

For a Canadian manufacturer that has been operating since 1978, this represents an important next step in our evolution. We are building on decades of manufacturing experience while expanding into energy storage—a sector that will play an increasingly important role in Canadian industry, infrastructure and energy resilience.

We were proud to engage in meaningful discussions and explore new collaborations that support innovation across the industrial and energy sectors.

Minister Todd McCarthy Visits Dy-Tech to Support Manufacturing & Clean Energy Growth

Dy-Tech Incorporated was pleased to welcome Minister Todd McCarthy to our facility. During his visit, we discussed the Ontario government’s continued support for manufacturers navigating the impact of international tariffs, as well as DY-Tech’s strategic expansion into advanced energy storage systems market.

For over 45 years, Dy-Tech has proudly supported Canada’s engineering and manufacturing sectors through precision metal fabrication. As part of our continued growth, we also highlighted our expansion into advanced battery module and pack assembly, delivering locally engineered solutions for telecom, industrial, transportation, and critical infrastructure applications. CMTS also, provided an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, explore emerging manufacturing technologies, and build partnerships that drive innovation across Ontario and beyond.
